Surprise,Surprise, Surprise!

I know, I totally fell off, but I have a really good reason. Honest!

First of all, I lost my grandfather at the end of May, so naturally I wasn't in the mood to be blogging about my hair.

Then sickness set in on me in June and I just could not shake it. Finally I had to find out what was going on with me on June 21, and I did........



So obviously this is a more recent pic, not when I first found out, but YES, I am expecting my third child. It came as a shock to my husband and I. Anyway, I went through the dreadful morning sickness (which does not just occur in the morning). I was so sick, not functioning, couldn't eat, it was the pits. So once again, obviously hair blogging was THE LAST THING ON MY MIND!

I decided I was not going to be bothering with my hair, so the last weekend in July I got some braids. These pics are from the day after they were done.









These are my braids now. I don't know how well you can see the new growth, but here they are anyway. I measured and it's about 1 inch of growth. I guess that's pretty good. I really don't know what normal hair growth is.








Now this next photo is the last photo I took before I got my hair braided. It was my sons Pre-School Graduation.






SoThe only thing I have been doing since my hair was braided is washing with
Dove Cool Moisture Shampoo (Cucumber & green tea scent)



I follow this up with Giovanni Tea Tree Triple Treat Shampoo



Finally, I spray the roots with Motions Nourish Leave-In Conditioner
